Online orders will be processed and shipped 3-5 business days from date of purchase. Shipped orders will be sent via USPS with tracking number. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following business day. 

You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information via email once your order ships.

Lost/Stolen Package

Skyn by Chi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your items due to any circumstances, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim.
